Please carefully read my terms of services before commissioning me! All of these are newly updated (February 2025) as I have a better grasp of my workflow and learned what works best for me as an artist thanks to past commission experiences. By working with me, you agree to everything that is presented under here.I heavily recommend viewing my trello if you want to see my very recent works, as I update it immediately at the completion of a commission.USAGE
♥︎ Only clients (save for instances where the client is commissioning for someone else, like a gift or such) are allowed to use my works in any way, given that full credit is provided within the post or profile of the user. For the former, especially if it is the first time being posted, I would like for my username to NOT BE HIDDEN IN ALT TEXT—kindly provide it within the word limit of the post proper.
♥︎ Printing my works for personal usage is okay, though I would appreciate being asked first.
♥︎ I have the right to post final commissions and use them for portfolio showcases unless specifically asked not to.SLOTS AND PROCESS
♥︎ I will accept slots through DMs on Twitter, Discord, and my email, all linked on the home page. If put on a waitlist, the waiting period can vary from a week to a month or three, all depending on my queue; I usually have a general idea as to when I will be able to get in contact, updated on my Trello. Payment is not necessary to secure being waitlisted—therefore, these slots are open for cancellation at any time.I have the right to decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with, or if I find that it is way outside of my skill range.♥︎ After confirmation of slot and receiving references, please allow a week or less for the sketch to be provided! In the event that I may take longer to send it (reasons including but not limited to long queue, emergencies, or burnout) I will inform the client about the wait, and will provide a bonus piece as thanks for understanding—its scale depending on how long the wait had been. For references: I kindly request for them to be laid out properly to avoid misunderstandings, may they be arranged through DMs, Google Docs or Drive, etc. High quality photos are preferred.♥︎ I will send about a total of 3 updates: the sketch, base colors with minimal rendering, then the final preview. Please inform me if you'd like for more progress updates, or reach out to me anytime! As mentioned above, I encourage mainly viewing my progress through my TRELLO, as I update it religiously and also attach notices and announcements there.
♥︎ Revisions or additions are accepted anytime free of charge.
♥︎ My work process is not entirely first come first serve, as I sometimes work on pieces simultaneously.PAYMENT
♥︎ As of today, I can only accept payment through PayPal (international) and GCash (local).
♥︎ I will only accept payment after the sketch had been approved! I am not comfortable with advanced payment, except if the client is someone i'm close with.
♥︎ If the payment is done through paypal, I will need an email to send an invoice to. There will be no deadline, feel free to take your time in paying, but note that I will not be starting on rendering on the commission until payment has been confirmed.
♥︎ NO REFUNDS unless there are issues with delivery, read more below to see when I will accept a refund.DELIVERY
Please note that the time mentioned here is AFTER the commission had been officially started, so after the payment had been processed!♥︎ The fastest i can deliver a commission is within 2 weeks, while the longest is 2-3 months. It heavily depends on the complexity of the piece and my queue, but the average timeframe is 1 ½ months.
♥︎ In the event that I go past the ETA I discussed with the client and may need more time to work on the commission, I will inform them of the delay. If I haven't reached out first in a hot minute, the client is very free to check in!
♥︎ The client has the right to request a refund only if the duration of the delay has been over 2 MONTHS (emphasis on the duration of the DELAY; for example, i contacted the client about the commission delay on the 25th of September. If 2 months have passed, and it's already the 25th of November and I still have not finished the commission after asking for an extension, the client has the right to request for a refund.), or if I have not provided any update at all for over 4 months.
♥︎ I will provide the final piece through a Google Drive link with usually an unwatermarked version and watermarked one. Clients are free to ask for other file versions anytime.CLIENT DEADLINES
♥︎ I encourage clients to give me a deadline to work around on, except if I deem them to be completely unreasonable. (For example, giving me a 2-day deadline for a fully rendered half-body commission with a detailed background.)
♥︎ I will only charge for a rush fee if the commission needs to be done in 10 days or less. The faster the turnaround needs to be, the higher the fee. The price itself will be discussed as everything depends on the commission type. Everything is to be discussed properly in regards to rush commissions to ensure understanding.Lastly, please be patient with me! I have my own things to deal with alongside commissions, please understand if ever I make mistakes. Check-ins are always welcome, but I will not appreciate it if done in an especially rude manner—following that, I have the right to blacklist anyone who treats me with no respect and/or breaks any of my terms.
